During these unprecedented times, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers remains our top priority. As COVID-19 continues to affect communities around the world, we want to share our response to the evolving situation.
Consistent with our values, we will continue to make decisions informed by leading health authorities. We have implemented a variety of measures to help prevent the spread of disease and minimize disruption to our operations.
- Mandate telecommuting. With little exception, much of our work can be performed remotely. We are requiring those employees that can work from home to do so.
- Supporting a healthy environment. As we have employees across the nation and not every state has the same mandate, some employees are needed on-site. If these employees feel comfortable reporting to work, we are providing them the funds to purchase hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks.
The situation is changing rapidly, and we are closely monitoring this as we seek to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and customers, limit the spread of the disease, and continue to follow all directives from federal, state and local authorities.
